Terms of Service

1. Service Description

10x is an internal digital marketing and SEO platform developed and operated by Fusion Impact Agency S.R.L. (hereinafter "the Agency"). The platform provides tools for campaign reporting, performance analysis, keyword research, SEO auditing, and automated ad management for the Agency's client portfolio.

The platform integrates with Google Ads API, Google Analytics 4 API, Google Search Console API, and Meta Marketing API to synchronize campaign data and provide unified reporting dashboards.

2. Platform Access

Access to the 10x platform is granted exclusively to authorized employees of Fusion Impact Agency, including account managers, ad specialists, and agency leadership. Each user receives unique authentication credentials. Sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.

Clients of the Agency do not have direct access to the platform. Performance reports are generated by authorized personnel and delivered to clients in PDF format via email.

3. Google Ads API Usage

The platform uses the Google Ads API to provide the following functionality:

  • GoogleAdsService (SearchStream): Querying campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, search term, asset, audience, demographic, and landing page performance metrics for reporting dashboards and PDF report generation.
  • CustomerService: Retrieving account-level information and listing accessible client accounts within the MCC (Manager Account) hierarchy.
  • Campaign and Ad Group data: Reading campaign configuration including status, budget, bidding strategy, channel type, and ad group details.
  • Ad data: Reading ad content including responsive search ads, headlines, descriptions, and final URLs. Managing ad status for inventory sync automation (pausing/enabling ads based on product availability).
  • KeywordPlanIdeaService: Researching keyword ideas and search volume data for planning new campaigns.

All usage of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Handling and Limited Use

Data obtained through the Google Ads API is subject to the following restrictions:

  • Data is used exclusively for providing internal reporting, campaign analysis, keyword research, and inventory sync automation services as described in these Terms.
  • Data is never sold to any third party.
  • Data is not used for advertising, retargeting, user profiling, surveillance, credit assessment, lending, or insurance purposes.
  • Data is not transferred to third parties except to infrastructure providers (Railway for hosting, PostgreSQL for database) necessary for platform operation, under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Access to data is limited to authorized Agency employees who need it for campaign management services.

5. Other Third-Party Integrations

In addition to Google Ads API, the platform integrates with:

  • Google Analytics 4 API — for traffic and conversion reporting.
  • Google Search Console API — for organic search performance monitoring.
  • Meta Marketing API — for Facebook/Instagram Ads campaign analysis.

Each integration is subject to the respective service's terms of use and data policies.

6. Authentication and Security

The platform authenticates with the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 (server-side web application flow). The authorization flow works as follows:

  • An agency admin authorizes access to client Google Ads accounts through the standard Google OAuth consent screen.
  • Refresh tokens are securely stored in our database, encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption, and are used to generate access tokens as needed.
  • We use a Manager Account (MCC) to access all client accounts through a single authentication, reducing the need for individual client OAuth flows.
  • Access tokens are refreshed automatically and are never exposed to the frontend.

Users are responsible for the security of their platform login credentials. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately. The platform supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via TOTP-based authenticator apps.

7. Revoking Google Ads Access

Access to Google Ads data can be revoked at any time by visiting the Google Account permissions page and removing access for our application. Revoking access will immediately stop all data synchronization. Previously synced data can be deleted upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

The 10x platform, including its source code, design, logos, and all associated materials, is the exclusive property of Fusion Impact Agency S.R.L. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". Fusion Impact Agency does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and is not liable for losses caused by third-party service disruptions (Google, Meta, etc.) or incorrect use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

Fusion Impact Agency reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
